NASA CAPITAL FIZAN is a regulated Polish investment fund for investors seeking attractive risk adjusted returns through investments in commercial real estate. The fund invests indirectly by acquiring shares and bonds of SPVs owning diverse properties.

The fund pools investor capital to acquire larger and higher yielding assets that are typically beyond the reach of individual investors.

The fund operates locally in CEE, with major exposition on Polish market, in cooperation with IPOPEMA TFI S.A., one of Poland’s leading investment companies.
